Hula Hoop. For Your Health!

Last week I heard a fat lady lost 130 lbs in a year by hula hooping! First she started at 10-15 min a day and worked her way up to an hour and a half a day. A friend of mine "facebooked" that hooping burns 100 calories in 10 minutes. I am putting these stories to the test and plan to hoop at least 30 minutes each day. Its fun and I am learned to dance with my hoop. Now I can twirl about, walk and jump while hooping. Still working on the transition from hooping with my hands and dropping it to my waist~ i can do it, but its messy looking. For $5 at wal*mart go get yourself a hoop! Just make sure its the larger size, as adults need the bigger one, unless you are skinny mini! ;) (I am medium sized and the large glittery wave hoop in the kids section is great)
